Everyone in their lifetime will eventually eat McDonalds. I’m WARNING you, do not get the Grand Mac, Big Breakfast, and the Mcflurry with Candies!

The most unhealthy McDonalds item is the famous McDonald’s Grand Mac. Each Grand Mac has about 860 calories and consists of the same items on it as its little brother, the Big Mac.

The second most unhealthy item is the McDonalds Big Breakfast. It contains 750 calories with scrambled eggs, biscuit, hash browns, sausage, and butter. The Big Breakfast can become even more unhealthy if you use a lot of condiments, such as ketchup and butter.

The third most unhealthy item is the Mcflurry with Candies. The Mcflurry has 630 calories and has vanilla ice cream, chocolate milk, and candies. You can even get chocolate syrup on it to make it more calorie heavy.

McDonalds uses a lot of grease on its items. The McDonalds French Fries are also very unhealthy at 370 calories for a large. That is a lot of calories for only fries.

I interviewed my friend and student at West Middle School, Isaac Boal. He states, “When I eat Mcdonalds, I order the Chicken Sandwich and that’s it.” Another West Middle Schooler 7th grad, Cameron Laidlaw concludes, “ I get the Big Mac.” As you can see people eat McDonalds.
