These are the West Middle School field trips of 2017 and 2018, this will include the Washington DC trip and Cedar point for the 8th graders, 7th-grade will go on an end of the year bowling trip, and the end of the year field trip for the 6th graders.

Eighth grader’s left on Thursday, Oct 19, 2017, to go to Washington D.C. and they returned on Sunday, Oct 22, 2017. Eighth graders will also go to Cedar Point at the end of the year and sixth graders will most likely go to see a movie in Downtown Plymouth.

As far as seventh grade goes, they will go on a class bowling field trip at the end of the year. We asked three 7th graders if 7th grade needs more field trips. Cristian Lesley and Nolan Fowler said that they would like to see a sports game. Jackson Lehnis want to go to a Museum.

For the sports game suggestion, we could watch a Detroit Tigers game. These three people think the school can afford it. Jackson Lehnis thinks we should go to the Field Museum in Chicago, IL. A few other students like Mason Sokolowski and Ethan Belanger suggested that 7th graders should try“go-karting.”

We interviewed Mrs. Freeland and she said,”It depends on the budget because the students pay part of it. There are entrance fees and also bus transportation.”
