How to make a Snow Globe!

West students and staff are running out of ideas for presents and room decor. In this article, we are going to explain how to make snow globes at home with items that you probably already have in your home. This craft can create perfect gifts, decor, and more. 

Things that you’ll be needing:

  • Mason jar or any jar
  • Water
  • Glycerin or baby oil
  • Object to put in the snow globe
  • Hot glue or strong glue
  • Iridescent glitter or white glitter

Steps:

  1. Grab your jar and take off the lid.
  2. Take your object and glue to the inside of the lid.
  3. Fill up the jar halfway with glycerin or baby oil.
  4. Fill the rest of the jar with water.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of glitter.
  6. Screw on the lid.

 There you have your snow globe!
