Whipped coffee

Because of the outbreak of the coronavirus, families have been forced to stay home. In Michigan, it’s for the rest of the school year. Now, kids and teens everywhere are bored. And the app TikTok is becoming a way for kids and teens to cure that boredom. TikTok is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-based company founded in 2012 by Zhang Yiming. It is used to create short dance, lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos.

One of the biggest trends in TikTok is whipped coffee. Now, I personally have seen a lot of videos showing how to make it. I have made it many times and I can say it’s really good.

Here’s what you’ll need…

Ingredients:

-2 tbsp Granulated sugar (or any sugar just not brown)

-2 tbsp of instant coffee

-2 tbsp of warm water

You can use any mixer, I use the electric because it is much faster.

First, you put the granulated sugar and instant coffee in a medium-sized bowl (it can get messy). Then, you add the water. You mix this all together until it forms a caramel-colored almost toffee-like consistency. Then you can serve it hot or cold!
