2023 NFL Mock Draft
April 18, 2023
NFL Network reporters gather around the set of NFL Mock Draft Live before the start of the 2023 NFL Draft and all agree “Bryce Young will definitely be the first overall pick C.J. Stroud has nothing on him.”
Hello and welcome to our 2023 NFL Mock Draft
- Carolina Panthers (via Chicago): Bryce Young
Bryce Young without a doubt is a can’t-miss prospect and is the best QB in the draft.
- Houston Texans: C.J. Stroud
Houston will take whichever QB is left out of Stroud and Young.
- Arizona Cardinals: Will Anderson Jr
Will Anderson without a doubt is the best definitive player in the draft and is a good pickup for Arizona at three.
4: Indianapolis Colts: Will Levis
Levis is the best remaining QB with the highest upside.
5: Seattle Seahawks: (via Denver Broncos): Tyree Wilson
Tyree Wilson is the next best edge rusher in the draft, a big need for Seattle.
6: Detroit Lions: (via La Rams) Devon Witherspoon
Devon is the best corner in the draft and a must-have for the Lions.
7:Las Vegas Raiders: Anthony Richardson
The Raiders will take whatever top QB falls to them at seven which in this case is Anthony Richardson.
8: Atlanta Falcons: Jalen Carter
Carter was considered to be the top prospect in the draft but has fallen due to off-the-field issues and a not-so-good combine and pro day showing but Atlanta would be more than happy to pick him up .
9 Chicago Bears (Via Carolina Panthers): Paris Johnson Jr
Johnson is clearly the top OT in the 2023 class and this move would be greatly appreciated by Bears QB Justin Fields.
10 Philadelphia Eagles: (Via Saints): Bijan Robinson
With the exit of Philadelphia’s top running back Miles Sanders, this is the Super Bowl runner-up’s best pick here.
11 Tennessee Titans: Peter Skoronski
OT is a glaring need on the Titans roster and this is a player that can fill that void left by Taylor Lewan who left this offseason.
12 Houston Texans (Via Cleveland Brown): Jaxon Smith-Njigba
This is the best way to support Stroud the Texan’s 2nd overall pick by pairing him with his top college receiver.
13 Projected Trade: Green Bay Packers (via NY Jets) Brodrick Jones
The Packers need a WR for sure, but knowing the Packers they are going to boost their already top 10 O-line. Don’t get me wrong, Brodrick is an amazing prospect but the Packers just don’t need him, but they will still take him.
14 New England Patriots: Christian Gonzalez
The Patriots would be more than happy for possibly the best DB in the draft to fall right into their lap. They’ve been struggling to find a good corner since Stephon Gilmore.
15 Green Bay Packers: Lucas Van Ness
Van Ness is a hit-or-miss prospect. If he hits his ceiling then he will be a top piece on the Packer’s Defence for years to come.
16 Washington Commanders: Quinton Johnson
Washington needs a WR two to complaint 2022 draftee Jahan Dotson definitely if they want to build around Sam Howell who would need all the help he can get to grow as a player.
17 Pittsburgh Steelers: Joey Porter JR
Pittsburg who saw the release of their top corner means they have a new top need Porter is a very good option.
18 Detroit Lions: Myles Murphy
In our opinion, Myles Murphy is a top-10 defensive prospect in the draft and is very overlooked. He had an amazing college career at Clemson and we predict he will have similar success in the NFL.
19 Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Micheal Mayer
The Bucs have had a bottom 3 tight end in the league since Gronk Left and Mayer is one of the best TE prospects in a while.
20 Seattle Seahawks: Zay Flowers
Zay could be the best receiver in the draft and fall right into one of the best-receiving cores in the league.
21 LA Chargers: Brian Breese
Bryan Brese can easily turn out to be the best defensive lineman in the draft.
22 Baltimore Ravens: Nolan Smith
Smith was always out shadowed by Jalen Carter at Georgia and we think that he can make a great name for himself in Baltimore.
23 Minnesota Vikings: Anton Harrison
Anton Harrison would be a great addition to a not-so-great Vikings O-line.
24 Jacksonville Jaguars: Brian Branch
Brian is the best safety in the draft and the Jags need a safety.
25 New York Giants: Jordan Addison
New York is fresh out of an unexpected playoff berth and win over the Vikings but their main issue receiver we believe they will take the best one left being Addison in this case
26 Dallas Cowboys: O’Cyrus Torrence
Dallas clearly needs an O-line and they will get a good option here in Torrence he should be able to bolster Dallas’s O-line and gain wisdom from more experienced guys like Zack Martin
27 Buffalo Bills: Keion White
Could you imagine this beast rushing the passer on one side while Von Miller rushes the other? That would be unstoppable!
28 Cincinnati Bengals: Darnell Wright
Cincinnati is a complete team but doesn’t have a good pass-catching TE.
29: New Orleans Saints: BJ Ojulari
With Cameron Jordan on his way out he needs someone to pass the torch to. In this case that person is BJ.
30: Philadelphia Eagles: Darnell Washington
Darnell can be a great TE if he sits behind Dallas Goedert for a year or two. 31: Kansas City Chiefs: Calijah Kancey Kansas City coming off their Super Bowl win is a very complete team but they do have a glaring need being interior D-Line Man Kancey will fill that hole. |

The Lions already have a dominant CB go for DL or even S in the draft
John Stiglish • Apr 20, 2023 at 11:13 am

Sam McMann • Apr 20, 2023 at 11:11 am
I think CJ Stroud should go 1st overall.
