If you’re looking for a perfect way to spend a snow day, read more and try these options. We interviewed different students to find out their opinions on their perfect snow day.
First, we interviewed 7th grader, Alex Ruiz. She stated that she would start off her perfect snow day by going sledding in the “just right sledding snow” and, it specifically has to be a cold temperature, but not too cold, and not too warm. It has to be just right. Once she is done having fun in the snow, she unbundles and makes the most delicious hot cocoa with whipped cream and specifically, 14 marshmallows to melt in her mouth. She would end the day watching an amazing Christmas movie and head to bed.
We then interviewed 7th-grade Journalism and ELA substitute Ms. Lowry and she explained, “I like tube sledding down a huge hill, then getting hot chocolate at the bottom.” She also mentioned, “I love a good snowball fight, and I would wear my big grey comfy all day.” She then claimed she would end her day lounging on the couch enjoying a movie, and that wraps up Ms. Lowry’s idea of a perfect snow day!
Lastly, we interviewed a 7th-grader, Kelly. Kelly replied to the question with, “I would spend the day with my friends, building snowmen, “A perfect snow day to me is all about spending time outside with my friends. We would sled and make snow angels. We would take breaks in between to have snowball fights and hot cocoa.” Kelly also stated that she would love to eat cranberry pie on a perfect snow day.
