The NBA season is starting to dwindle and the playoffs are over the horizon. That also means that the MVP award is being put up for grabs for players across the nation. Who deserves it? Who will most likely get it with how this season is looking?
Our first frontrunner stands at 6 ’7, the Serbian Magic Maker, Luka Doncic, from the promising-looking Dallas Mavericks. Doncic averages 34.4 pts (1st in the league), 8.8 assists (20th in the league), and 9.7 rebounds (3rd in the league), a top 20 in stats player that you don’t wanna take your eyes off of. Keep in mind this man is a point guard even though he looks like a center.
Our second frontrunner standing at 6 ’11, the Joker, The Denver Demolitionist, Nikola Jokic from the ex-NBA Champions, the Denver Nuggets. Jokic averages 25.9 points (13th in the league), 12.3 rebounds (3rd in the league), and 9.3 assists (4th in the league). Jokic being a top 15 scoring center also is the master at helping on the other side (not just scoring).
Our third frontrunner standing at 6 ‘6, the Oklahoma Obliterator, Shai Gilgeous Alexander. He averages 31.2 points (2nd in the league), 5.6 rebounds (65th in the league), and 6.5 assists (14th in the league). Gilgeous Alexander is a shooting star (not as good as Doncic but still really good), also one of the most accurate point guards in the league, and on top of all that he’s still somewhat decent at helping with the points (assists and rebounds).
As the season changes, the MVP race shifts to a different shape. As some players fall behind, others race ahead. When the playoffs begin, this MVP race will most likely be different. Who do you think will win the 2023-2024 NBA MVP? Leave your opinion in the comments.

Luka had to win it. 72 pints in a game, top scorer, top leader!
