When you think about summer you think about the end of school. But have you ever thought about the things that you will miss? You will not have next year whether it be your friends or teachers. Most students will usually say no and want the school year to end, so I asked some students from West Middle School if they would miss anything about the school year.
7th grader, Isaac said, “I will miss my friends and recess football.” I also missed another 7th grader Zach and he replied “I’m gonna miss my friends and recess. These are all very good reasons to miss this school year. I will also miss my friends and recess but I will also miss some teachers who have been a big part of the school year for me.
This summer will be fun so I asked the same students what they are doing for this summer, and if they were going anywhere Isaac said, “I’m gonna chill at my lake house and go to a skateboard camp.” As for me, I am going to Florida and also hosting an “End of the school year” party. And probably hang out with friends and cousins.
