Oatmeal is a good breakfast food for many reasons.

It is recommended to eat a bowl every breakfast, and depending on the oatmeal you’re eating, you could be getting the nutritional value you need every day. This is because oatmeal has almost all the nutrients and vitamins you need daily.
Oatmeal has a lot of good vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron, and calcium.
These vitamins are essential for growth, and are extremely important to your health. Oatmeal also is very easy to make as most oatmeals require to heat up water, pour in a bowl of oatmeal, and eat. Meaning you can make it in under 6 minutes making it a very easy source of vitamins and minerals.
It also is very cheap because it’s just oats. People recommend oatmeal everyday for breakfast because it is so rich. Personally, I love oatmeal, and think it’s one of the best foods for any meal of the day.
