Fun things to do in the winter!
Sledding, skiing, ice skating, and snowboarding are popular outdoor activities.
Sledding is popular at Mcclumpha Park. It has a giant hill to sled down. Hines Park is also a great place to go sledding. Skiing and snowboarding are fun sports to do in the winter. Usually, I go to Mcclumpha Park with my friends and family. We have so much fun sledding there. Crystal Mountain(Thomasville), Boyne Mountain (Boyne Valley Township), and The Highlands Resort (Harbor Springs) have great hills to ski and snowboard on.
In Detroit, there is The Rink at Campus Martius Park where there is an ice skating rink. The rink is open Sunday-Thursday 11 am to 10 pm and Friday-Saturday 11 am to midnight. The cost to ice skate is 8 to 12 dollars.
