This week’s athlete is 7th grader Charlotte Burke. Let’s learn more about her basketball journey.
Q: When did you start playing basketball?
A: “Probably when I was 5.”
Q: Why did you start?
A: “First because I was playing on my brother’s basketball team, and then I just liked it after that.”
Q: Have you played on previous teams before West?
A: “Yes, I played on a team called Derbon dogs and then right now I am on a Prema crucut team.”
Q: What is your favorite position to play in basketball?
A: “I like playing the force spot the best.”
