The aviation club is a brand new addition to West Middle School. The club will focus on the aviation community and the science behind it, as well as participate in fun activities to engage the members of the club.
Joining the aviation club is completely free! It doesn’t cost anything to become a member. In addition, plans are being developed to sell miniature planes and other unique trinkets for people interested.
Henry Covington, the leader of the aviation club, states, “You don’t need to know anything about aviation. You could be a complete aviation nerd or just someone who likes planes.”
This means that whether you’re an aviation buff or someone simply curious about aviation, the club will accept you. The aviation club currently has nine members and continues to grow. There is no current limit to how many students can join, so as long as you sign up, you can join! They are committed to creating an open and inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, learn, and enjoy the science of aviation together.
