Have you noticed the paper cherry blossoms in the front display, in the main hallway? Jonas Moore is a 7th grader that made the paper cherry blossoms to add a pop for Spring! They turned out beautiful! Read the following to hear the answers to the questions he asked.
Q: How did you make the cherry blossoms?
A: I got colored paper to cut it out into a cross shape, then used glue sticks to stick it on to the main branch!
Q: Why did you choose the cherry blossoms to display, and not something else?
A: In 5th grade I started to really like the way cherry blossoms look, because the way it is filled with color, and wonder! So I started to study them, which then led me to volunteering, to help the group out.
Q: What is your favorite thing about making the cherry blossoms?
A: I enjoy making them because they mean a lot to me.
