Have you noticed that there is nothing to do on the last day of school?
In my opinion, I think that the teachers don’t know what to do on the last day, so here are my ideas.
- Play board games: like Sorry, Monopoly, Hues and Cues, Battleship, Candy Land, Clue
- Scavenger hunt: Depending on what class you are in, around the room, you can have a topic, and you have to go to all the stations. When you are done, the winners get a prize!
- Watch a movie: The Parent Trap, Forrest Gump, Beauty and the Beast, etc.
- Perform a drama or a play: Cinderella, Matilda, etc.
- Write a letter to your future self
- Make a craft: color, do something with that subject, etc.
- Go outside
- Charades
- Make a memory scrapbook of the year
One reason I think that we should do something on the last day of school is that if we don’t do something in every class, that is going to become very boring for every student at West. That is why I came up with a ton of ideas that will help teachers find something to do on the last day of school.
Hopefully, these things will help teachers find something to do on the last day of school, and maybe students won’t have to be as bored!
