The Amazing World of Gumball is back for another season! Recently, it has been announced that a seventh season will be released titled, ‘The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball.” It’s been 6 years since the last episode of The Amazing World of Gumball, and 4 since the last special. Now, they’re finally making their return.
So far, only a bit of information about the new season has been released. There are 40 episodes in season 7. Some members of the cast, such as Darwin, Gumball, and his sister Anais, are being recast. The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball will be viewable in the United States on Hulu and internationally on Cartoon Network. The first mention of the new season was at the 2023 Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
Originally, the Amazing World of Gumball officially concluded in 2019, with the airing of its last season. On average, 1.7 million people watched each season. On its premiere date, The Amazing World of Gumball had 2.120 million viewers, which broke the previous record. The most viewed episode, titled “The Goons”, had around 2.72 million people who watched it.
