West 6th graders will be barking up the right tree!
Did you know the 6th graders are going on a new field trip this year? This year, the 6th graders are going to West Bloomfield to work on connecting with each other.
Since the sixth grade class comes from many different schools, the sixth graders are going this year to bond as a group. They will be participating in teamwork activities at the Tree Runner Adventure Park.
TreeRunner is a national operator of aerial adventure parks featuring self-guided ropes courses, zip lines, and climbing obstacles in the trees.
Mr. Meyer, 6th grade teacher, said, “They can work together and get to know each other a little bit…more we didn’t go last year because we hadn’t found the right field trip yet, and this year we were able to finally find a good field trip and make it works.”
