October is here and you definitely need a good Halloween movie to watch. We are here to help you. Here is a little run-down on the most popular Halloween movies for West students. 

#5 Starting off at number 5, there is a tie between The Adams Family. The Addams Family are like no other. They are a spooky family who finds fighting people fun. Life was alright and normal for Gomez, Morticia, Pugsley, Wednesday, and grandma when Gomez’s long-lost brother Fester arrived at their mansion’s front door. He seemed to be the missing brother until he couldn’t recall any facts or tricks from their childhood. Is he the real Fester or is he a fraud? I guess you won’t know till you watch. 

#4 In 4th place It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is a classic Halloween movie when The Peanuts celebrates Halloween while Linus waits eagerly for the Great Pumpkin.

#3 In 3rd place, we Have The Nightmare Before Christmas. The film is about the misadventures of Jack Skellington, Halloweentown’s beloved pumpkin king, who has become bored with the same routine of frightening people in the “real world.” When Jack accidentally comes across  Christmastown.All the bright colors and joy catch his eye so he plots to bring Christmas under his control by kidnapping Santa Claus and taking his beloved job. But Jack soon discovers even the best plans can go upside down.

#2 In 2nd place, we have Hubie Halloween. October 31st in Salem, Massachusetts, a community volunteer gets pranked by kids, even though he is really nice. He soon finds himself in a murder mystery. 

#1 Finally, in 1st place, we have Hocus Pocus. When Max Dennison comes to Salem, Massachusetts from L.A, California. He enters an old spooky house and lights a candle. He doesn’t believe in all these fake stories about the Sanderson sisters who use to live there, but, when he goes to the old witch house with Dani (his little sister) and Allison (his friend) everything changes and the witches come back to life.
