On the dates of June 6th, 7th, and 8th, any Chromebooks that are not being kept over the summer will be collected during social studies class, and they will be collected in the listed order:

• 6th grade will be on Tuesday, June 6th.
• 7th grade will be on Wednesday, June 7th.
• 8th grade will be on Thursday, June 8th.

Students will be turning in the following:

•  Chromebook
• Chrombebooks protective shell
• Chromebooks: Dell power adapter and/or charger

The Chromebook will be checked for damage, and if damage is found or the Chromebook is not returned, then students will be charged a fee. To make sure Chromebooks are in good condition for the next school year, students should

• Return the Chromebook in the condition you received it.
• Remove all stickers, papers, and removable marks made on the Chromebook.
• Parents or guardians should take the time to look at the Chromebook’s condition, the power adapter and/or charger condition, and the Chromebook case condition.

Summer Retention Option for Chromebooks

All students with a school Chromebook, along with their parents or guardians, were sent an email to participate in the Chromebook summer retention program. If you would like to keep a school Chromebook over the summer, please check your email and complete the steps inside the email: Keep in mind that the Chromebook retention program signup closes on May 26, 2023. Anyone with school Chromebooks who has not filled out the Chromebook Retention Program form by the date of May 26, 2023, will need to return their school Chromebooks on their due date.
