If you didn’t know, the girls’ basketball season is coming to an end. The West Middle School Girls’ Basketball team is ending with their last game on March 21, 2018, against East Middle School, at East.

The girls’ basketball B team won one of their games against East by one point but unfortunately lost all the rest. The girls’ basketball A team has not won a game yet, but came close to a win in a game against East and only lost by one point.

I interviewed Lillianna Neme, 7th grader at West Basketball player, and asked her if she liked Mr. Wooster as a coach and she answered, “I love Mr. Wooster, he is a great person and he’s always positive and everything, like if we make a mistake he will still cheer us on and go ‘ better luck next time.’¨

The 2018 West Middle School Girls Basketball Team is full of girls with great spirit who never give up.
