Snapchat and Bitmoji go viral with the new update in 2018.

Bitmoji and Snapchat’s updates is the latest talk amongst middle schoolers this February, 2018. “Not really, it’s okay,” says Bailey Kennedy after we asked her if she likes the new Snapchat update.

According to the App Store, Snapchat lost exactly two stars. Snapchat originally had 3.8 stars, but now they have 1.8.

Howaida Saad, 7th grader at WMS, states that “I would rate Snapchat a 3.5 out of 5 stars because it is all crammed together.” Luckily for her, Snapchat announced that they are shutting down the app for a few days and changing it back to the old update. Don’t worry, your streaks will be saved!

Bitmoji shoots for success with their new update! Bitmoji adds new features and effects such as different and more realistic hairstyles, eyelashes, and stylish clothing.

Alex Wiewiorra, 7th grader at WMS, says “I like the new Bitmoji update because it makes me look even more beautiful.”

According to Twitter,  Kylie Jenner posted a tweet stating “ Who is using Snapchat anymore? Because I don’t”  Causing Snapchat to lose 1.8 Billion dollars!
