Wizard of Oz ¹auditions were on December 5th. Josie Roether, 7th grader at West Middle School, “My role is Apple Tree #2”. Coincidentally my role is also Apple Tree #2. Josie and I are ²counterparts.
“My favorite part about ³theater is probably putting on many different shows, and especially doing plays with your friends, and making new friends during ⁴plays.” states Josie.
“It is going to be an amazing show in the new theater.” The new theater is the new Jack Wilcox theater, an anonymous person gave a big donation to renovate the theater. Before, the stage was smaller, and the seats were just basic school seats. Now, the stage is bigger, and the seats are on risers.
The price for one seat is $15, but the play is worth it. Also, bring extra money if you come, there is a ⁵50/50 raffle during ⁶intermission. The 50/50 raffle prize could be from a range of $50-$150(money is paid in cash). The more tickets you buy, the more of a chance you have of winning the money.
A little announcement, Newsies Jr. auditions are coming up soon! Audition here.

It’s totally ironic that I’m in the play and my mom is driving me to The PARC to get ready. Not a coincidence at all xD (And yes I’m in the ensemble because it’s only my 3rd play besides School of Rock and Annie) I love theatre and you did a great job on this article!!!
