With the March Madness bracket being revealed it means it’s time for March Madness. With the release of this bracket some people are disappointed or annoyed to not see a team there.

We personally would have liked to have seen either Michigan, North Carolina, and Rutgers in, instead of Northern Kentucky, Howard, and Texas Southern. I would like to see the former teams because I feel like they have more potential to go farther in the Tournament then the latter due to their star talent and the better competition in their conference.

Besides some of the snubs, this was set up to be a very exciting tournament. There are some amazing first round matchups like Illinois vs. Arkansas and Texas A&M vs. Penn State. There are also some later round games that I would love to see like Duke vs. Tennessee. Personally, I think Alabama or Purdue will win it all. I also think Texas A&M has a shot at making the Final 4 as a real underdog.  

West student, Lucas, when being asked if any teams got snubbed from March Madness he said, “Michigan Michigan and Michigan again.” When being asked about teams you would not like to have in the tournament, Lucas stated, “Yeah, Kent State and Furman definitely.”
